What happened to this place? The rice was mush and the General Zou chicken was inedible.

I've been eating here for a while .... the good is excellent. They do make mistakes when filling our orders, but they have always made good by issuing a credit or on occasion delivering the missing item. Kudos to the management for their customer service. Oh, did I mention the food is consistently good.
