When this place first transitioned from Sushi Mitsuyan to Ridge Steakhouse, the new chef was great, the food and menu great. I brought a dozen non-Jewish coworkers here twice in 2014 and they really liked it. In June 2018, they served greasy chicken with unappealing soggy skin, limp overcooked vegetables, poorly seasoned meat, and pathetic salads and sides, with no good menu choices. Very sad decline.
