Overpriced but tasty.

One of the best restaurants un New York with a incredible burger dans a fabulous pastramis. The place is very beautiful and the prices are correct. The negatives Comments are true !

Is it usual to serve food you have not ordered to increase the bill? In our case we ordered 2 hambugers Meat was very fat And they brought us french fries when I ask we have not ordered it, the waitress told me if I kept it it was in more. Did you need it to increase your revenue with tourists who have difficulties to understand your menu. Prices are expansives 15 dollars for just one hamburger without taxes and gratuities proposed at 17% but the service is bad.

היינו שם 11 אנשים, הם לא ציינו מראש שהם מחייבים 18 אחוז טיפ בלי אפילו לשאול אותך. בסוף חייבו אותנו ב-20 אחוז! כשאמרנו להם שטיפ לא צריך להיות חלק מהמחיר על המסעדה, הם התווכחו איתנו, אמרו שזה פעם ראשונה שזה קורה להם. לבסוף המלצרית קראה לאחת ממנו 'זבל' וחזרה על זה כמה פעמים. יצאנו מהחנות בלי לשלם טיפ אחרי העוגמת נפש שעברנו שם. פגשה אותנו הבוסית/מנהלת המסעדה ואמרה ש'זה לא יפה לאכול בחינם!' אחרי שהוצאנו 240 דולר על אוכל שהרבה מנות - הבשר לא היה מבושל ולא נהננו מהאוכל, הייתי נותן 4/10 בקטגוריית האוכל. ‌לגבי האוכל, די יקר (אבל הם המסעדה הבשרית הכשרה היחידה באיזור), וכאמור, לא מבושל מספיק - אם אתם הולכים - תציינו מה אתם רוצים מראש. ‌ בגלל השירות והעוגמת נפש - המסעדה קיבלה דירוג כללי של כוכב אחד מתוך 5. לא נהננו שם. נראה כאילו הם מנסים בכוח לנצל את החולשה שלך כתייר.

Was introduced to Mocha by a close friend of ours, & we were hooked line & sinker! Will recommend Mocha Berger to anyone who appreciates good inexpensive cousine.

Definitely my favorite place to go downtown Mahattan. Their food, ambience, and service are all incredible and they're very accommodating if you have allergies. The meat is all grassfed, and totally fresh. I highly recommend.
